Thank you Jayden for your services today. Thank you for putting me at ease with your advise and knowledge about my concerns. You did an amazing job see you next time .

Mikayla and her partner did a great job, keeping me up to date on what that were going to do and when they would complete the work.

Austin did a great job. Listened to my concerns and addressed them all.

Caden did a great job today! He addressed my concerns and was thorough in his job.

The technician came today did a very thorough job sent me all the details of what he did and I had a mouse infestation last year and since I've been using 9 fold there's not a mouse one I hope they stay away it was terrible and I had tried a different pest company that I'm not going to name and they couldn't do nothing for us after paying them for a year thank you

We are very pleased with this company. I appreciate his concern for the specific needs at our property. Thank you

It looks like Mikayla did a very thorough job. The video was detailed and she got all my detached outbuildings. Great job and thanks!

Jordan did a great job. He is friendly and professional. And he was mindful of my property.

Earl was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of little pests we have running around our house. He was professional, respectful and did an excellent job. This morning I woke up to four little dead spiders in my kitchen. It hasn’t even been 24 hours. We have three cats and a dog in our house and The pesticide used is not harmful to animals. Five stars for the great job they did on our house. Highly recommend! Update- Thomas came out last week for a termite inspection. We did not have termites , but we had stink bugs coming out of our fireplace . He treated the inside and outside of the house so we would not have to deal with them getting in through the little cracks and crevices. Every time Thomas comes out, he listens to my concerns and takes care of it right then. Since he has been here several times, he knows our home and always comes prepared. Overall ,Evergreen has a prevention plan which entails every other month treatments and issues that occur in between. They do outstanding work and have very qualified technicians. I’d recommend them to anybody. TJ came out today. That’s pretty meant was for inside the house. He never lets me down when it comes to issues with an old house. Thanks for the good work. TJ came out a few days ago. As always, he was respectful and made a point to say hello to everyone. We know he does a great job every time he’s here and feels like part of the family. Trevor came out today. It was his first time at our house. He listened to everything I said. He wanted to know the spots that were most active and he sprayed everything. He was here for over 45 minutes just spraying the house. It was a fantastic job. Curious to Trevor. He is fairly new this company but absolutely flawless in his technique. He did not miss a spot in this house. After he left, I walked around the house and you could see where he sprayed and it is exactly what I asked plus more thank you Trevor. Great job.

We get excellent service and communication from Ninefold. Derek, our technician, listens to our needs and is thorough in his work. Before this year, we have had ants in our kitchen every summer for the past few years. We had none his year! He's also friendly while he is here.

Trevor did an exceptionally thorough job this October of spraying and preparing our home and property for insect pests and rodent control. Trevor was not only professionally thorough, but polite, courteous and friendly. He spent extra time on the grounds inspecting all possible ingress location for insect entry into our home. Thank you Ninefold for hiring high quality people like Trevor. Warm regards, George & Deb.

Logan Brown has came out to my house twice now and he is amazing and he doesn’t mind my dog yapping. He’s quick and also does quality work. My brother does pest control up north and my brother has stated that he did everything correctly (we also had a wasp nest that Logan took out)! We absolutely love Logan and if we could pick Logan every time to come out, we would!

The technician who came to do my quarterly inspection did an excellent job taking care of the cobwebs, leftover wasp nests and exterminating a very large spider that probably would have killed me later! (Hopefully its obituary will be seen by its next of kin and they will all vacate the premises.) thanks for clearing the area and treating it for any future unpleasant visitors.

Made sure I was comfortable and understood the products being used Very personal and polite
