The 9X Protection Plan is the nine-step service behind every Ninefold visit. We don’t just treat. We diagnose, defend, and deliver. Every visit moves through three phases: Inspect, Protect, and Prove, with three steps in each.
1. INSPECT
Measure twice, treat once. Every visit starts with a conversation, not a spray tank. Your technician texts before arriving, then asks what you’ve noticed and reviews your service history, because the pests you’ve seen tell us where to look. Next comes a careful inspection of the structure, the yard, and the common entry points pests use to get inside. Before any work begins, we explain what we found and where future trouble could start, in plain language and without a sales pitch.
2. Protect
We don’t just react to the pests you see today. We work to stop the ones headed your way. First, we clear webs, nests, and the hiding spots pests use around your property. Then treatments go where pests travel and gather: along the foundation and in the zones where pest pressure is highest. Last, we seal up entry points and treat inside as needed, so the barrier holds from both sides. Once dry, our treatments are kid-safe and pet-safe.
3. Prove
Anyone can say the work got done. We show you. Before leaving, your technician walks you through what we found and completed. Then you receive a detailed video walkthrough of the completed service, showing targeted treatment locations and areas receiving general protection. It’s a clear visual record of our work, so you always know exactly what service you’re paying for. And if pests come back, so do we.

After your initial service, you may notice a slight increase in pest activity for a few days up to about two weeks. That’s normal: it means the treatment is working and pests are being driven out.
If pests are still active after two weeks, or if anything comes up between scheduled services, just let us know. We’ll come back and take care of it at no additional cost. That’s our Worry-Free Guarantee, because protecting your property should feel simple and stress-free.
