I was very impressed with how professional and knowledgeable both Austin and Eric the technicians from Greenline were. We get spiders and they even inspected my patios and cleaned around any openings to the house as well as spraying and looking for any signs of other insects.

As a company, Greenline is fine. It’s about as good as other pest services I’ve used. But the particular tech who did the quarterly today, Hershel, did a phenomenal job. He suggested a few possible solutions to an infestation but wasn’t pushy, and he did more areas of the interior spray than any previous techs have. Also just generally polite and pleasant to talk to.

Greenline has the best technicians who come to my house! Today was Hershel. He listens to what needs to be done and does it. He is polite, respects my property and works fast and is happy!

We are a new client from Terminix…and the difference is HUGE!! All Terminix did during visits was a quick walk and spray. Brendan was awesome!! He went way over and beyond what our previous experiences with Terminix. Brendan was thorough, not only treated our building, but also cleaned up the outside of our building, was very professional and friendly! We’re so pleased with the service provided and looking forward to our next visit 🙂

Obviously, any company that uses service technicians is only as good as their last visit, so mileage may vary.
That being said, I had my outside serviced by Ian this past Wednesday, and he did a fantastic job at explaining the services involved, in a down-to-earth manner that made me understand what it all meant without being condescending in any way. Very thorough. I also liked the fact that he said he was going to avoid a particular bird’s nest on our front porch (with newly hatched chicks), and I watched him being very careful to do just that (as well as do all the other treatments with a respect for my house and property).

I was contacted yesterday to start up pest control services for the wasps and black widows in my neighborhood. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and friendly. Hershel Hatch came in to do my initial spray. He was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. I would recommend working with this company based on their staff alone!

Logan and Chandler did a great job! They always do inside as well as outside – we have never had to call them between sprays bc they do such a thorough job. Logan asked about any areas we were concerned about and after they sprayed they talked to us about what they saw and what they found! Highly recommend

Technician Jaron was on time and very friendly. He explained what he would treat around the house. We started to see a couple ants so we asked to have the inside treated. He let us know if there was any sign of ants or other bugs after spraying to reach out and he would come back out and spray again. Great to know that we have this option with our service.He also sprayed the outside and let us know that will also help.I’m very happy with how professional he was and he’s an awesome technician.Thank you

Had our initial service today with Hershel. He showed up in the agreed upon time frame, took time to review what he was going to do, then got to it. He took time to review everything again when he was done to make sure I understood what to expect going forward. He did a fantastic job.
